Shipping policy
Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery times.
After checkout, we will email you once the order is confirmed. As soon as the order is shipped you will receive another email with the tracking details.
We aim to fulfill all orders on the same day if ordered before 16:00 weekdays and before 12:00 on Saturday.
We work our a**es off to try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.
Due to the high demand for our products, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed.
DELIVERY & TRACKING
Noir Luxury Ltd. processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) and Saturdays. Although most items purchased will be processed on the same working day it can take up to a maximum of 3 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information . Please allow up to the timescale provided at checkout before contacting us.
Please Note: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. NOIR WATCHES will not be held responsible for delivery times estimated by any third party services used.
CUSTOMS
Noir Watches is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. The buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
Please Note: Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs.
CURRENCY
All orders are processed in GBP at the most current exchange rate.
MISSING ITEMS
Noir Watches cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
Some of our orders are shipped separately. If you have ordered multiple items and have not received all the items, please do not email us. Your remaining items are on their way. Please allow the shipping times above to receive your entire order.
